    A home inspection examines a home from all angles, providing the necessary information needed to make an informed and educated decision. Before buying or selling, be sure the house is in the condition you expect with the help of a qualified home inspector.

    At True Check Home Inspection Services, our job is to provide our clients with a fair, independent, and objective evaluation of a house. We offer detailed home inspections so buyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals can fully understand what they are buying or selling and be aware of the condition of the property. All inspections are done in accordance with InterNACHI's standards of practice.

    Buyers Inspection

     

    A complete inspection includes the site and grounds, surface drainage, exterior, structural components, foundation and support, roof and attic, insulation and ventilation, plumbing, electrical, heating and AC systems, garage, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, interior and windows, and doors.

    Pre-listing Inspection

     

    Having a home inspection prior to listing can offer several benefits and give you the maximum selling price for your home.

    Doing a home inspection before putting it on the market will identify any problems that could potentially derail a sale at closing.

    Thermal Imaging

     

    Infrared Imaging, also known as Thermal Imaging, uses infrared technology to detect differences in temperature. An Infrared inspection combines a traditional (visual) home inspection, with a thermal imaging scan.

    During this process we investigate “suspicious” areas for warning signs detected in the infrared scan. These potential problems include missing insulation, water leaks, roof leaks, electrical issues, and rodent infestation.

  • PRE-SALE/PURCHASE HOME INSPECTION

    $425 (Includes Thermal Imaging)*

    This inspection will provide you with a better understanding of the workings/condition of your home through a thorough top to bottom visual inspection, as well as thermal imaging. By doing this you as a seller can determine what (if any) corrections need to be done. As a buyer is paints a clearer picture of the potential things that may require your attention. You will recieve a electronic copy of the inspection with pictures. A hard copy will be available on request.

    THERMAL IMAGING

    $250

    Thermal Imaging can help point out weak points or things that we may not see with a visual inspection only. Warm or cold gaps (potential lack of insulation) are typical things identified. Imaging from the exterior as well as a rrom by room inspection willl be performed.

     

    MOBILE HOME INSPECTION

    $425 (Includes Thermal Imaging)*
